Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Delivery Associate to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to transport goods safely and efficiently, interacting with customers and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Salary

The hourly rate for this position is £12.28 per hour, with additional premiums for evening and Sunday shifts. Overtime rates apply after 40 hours per week, with a maximum rate of £16.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers' doorstep.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet performance targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid UK or EU driving license.
  • A minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your driving record.
  • No disqualifications within the past 5 years.
