Graduate Tutor for Exceptional Learners

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant, specializing in supporting a Year 3 Primary student with Autism in a 1:1 capacity.

In this role, you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills development and supporting the student's academic progress.

• You will work closely with the student's teacher and other professionals to develop and implement a personalized learning plan.
• Your key responsibilities will include establishing a supportive relationship with the student, promoting independence, and assisting with academic tasks.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** £24,000 - £28,000 (£12 per hour)

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or related field
• Prior experience working with students with special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

• Free child protection and prevent duty training
