About the Role
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic Dermatology department. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical and nursing colleagues in a fast-paced outpatient area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver care and carry out duties as specified within the Trust's Approved core task list for Healthcare Assistants.
- Report to Registered Nurses any patient who gives cause for concern or any observed changes in the patient's condition.
- Participate in the admission process under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Provide and deliver a high standard of individualised personal nursing care.
Requirements
- General education to GCSE level in Maths and English grade A-D (or equivalent).
- Experience of working with people/team.
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly and effectively in the English language.
