About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our residents. You will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide an unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure their implementation
  • Monitor and report on resident care and well-being
