We are seeking a skilled SHE Advisor to join our Nuclear Hinkley Point C team in Bridgewater, Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting, delivering, and auditing HS&E policies and programmes in the workplace, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Reviewing and compiling Health and Safety Management systems in line with ISO 45001 standards.
  • Contributing to the development of company H&S objectives, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Providing guidance and support on HS&E matters to the KBJV site team.
  • Supporting the KBVJ team in promoting, delivering, and auditing HS&E policies and programmes in the workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant H&S related qualifications, such as NVQ, IOSH, and/or NEBOSH Certificate (preferably Construction).
  • Experience working as a SHE Advisor.
  • Auditing skills to ISO 45001 standard.
