We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team at People Group. As a key member of our MEP Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful projects in the Building Services industry.

About the Role:

  • Represent our client, a Tier 1 MEP Contractor, on a major laboratory project in Surrey.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our client's commercial strategy and growth plans.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £95,000, plus benefits including travel expenses, private healthcare, and a bonus scheme.

Requirements:
