About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Full-Time EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children in their early years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for EYFS students, fostering a love for learning and promoting cognitive development.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Monitor and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure effective teaching and learning, promoting a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early years education, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
