Senior Enterprise Architect Opportunity

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to lead a team of 10 Architects in a global organisation based in Glasgow. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract paying up to £110,000 plus benefits, with the potential to become permanent.

As the Senior Enterprise Architect/Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team while still being hands-on, with a 60/40 ratio split. This position is ideal for someone with a strong Solution/Business Architecture background who has progressed to Enterprise Architecture level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Architects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and maintain architecture documentation and standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture projects

Requirements

  • Strong Solution/Business Architecture background with experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in a team lead or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
