Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our service users. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated, proactive, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical care for service users using evidence-based guidelines.
- Provide support, leadership, recognition, and supervision to other team members as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain high-quality service users' care and ensure the continuous improvement of the Brainkind nursing service.
- Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the evidence-based care plan.
- Maintain an understanding of and act in accordance with all Brainkind policies and procedures.
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Completion of NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment or willingness to complete training.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Hourly rate of pay £16.11 per hour.
