Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Community Care Professional to join our MASH Team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality services and supporting the growth and development of our team.

Job Description

This is a 36-hour per week, 5-day a week post, with 3-4 days spent in an office environment. We require a candidate who can commit to this schedule, as it is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a MASH team and will be able to start on November 26, 2024, to complete a 2-week handover.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £50.80 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Ltd Pay, to our employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in managing a MASH team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of community care services and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

You will also need to have a valid qualification in a related field and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
