Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Chemist to join our team at SGS in Bacton. In this role, you'll work in our analytical laboratory, where you'll perform sampling and analysis while maintaining the high standards required for our accredited processes.

Your attention to detail will be essential as you prepare laboratory procedures and documentation to ensure all test data is entered accurately into our IT systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree level in chemistry or related science based subject or equivalent.
  • Experience gained in an analytical testing laboratory.
  • Knowledge of chemistry, analytical equipment and methods.
  • Computer literacy in the use of word and excel.
