Expert Swimming Instructor for Personalized Lessons

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic swimming instructor to join our team at Swimming Nature, the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition.

Our full-time working hours include weekends, with flexibility being advantageous. As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A secure permanent position offering ongoing bespoke training and a robust performance-related pay scale.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate high swimming standards by attending an in-water interview. You must hold an ASA Level 1 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualification or an equivalent international qualification. Additionally, exceptional communication skills, experience in a customer-facing environment, and excellent swimming ability with up-to-date knowledge of the sport are essential.
Job DescriptionAs a swimming instructor with us, you will be supported by our dynamic and rewarding environment, which offers a range of employment benefits including 28 days annual leave and access to a workplace pension. We encourage our teachers to train in the ground-breaking Swimming Nature method and showcase their swimming abilities.
What We OfferYou will be provided with a comprehensive package including a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and experience. This includes:
