Travail Employment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team in the Northamptonshire area. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns, client liaison, tax preparation and review for corporate and personal accounts.

This is an office-based role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a solid understanding of accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage, and experience with tax software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is also required.

The ideal candidate will have professional qualifications, such as ACA or ACCA, and at least 1 year's post-qualification experience in a practice setting. Alternatively, someone newly qualified may also be considered. A salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience.

As an Accounting Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong time management skills and the ability to explain complex financial information to non-specialist clients.
