About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Manager to join our team at Urenco Capenhurst. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery, development, and implementation of the Enrichment Maintenance Planning capability in a safe, compliant, and reliable manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an aligned and integrated approach to Enrichment Maintenance Planning Services across the Capenhurst site.
  • Manage a small team of Maintenance Planners and their associated output.
  • Apply and improve standards and policies for Maintenance Planning for all Maintenance Activities across Enrichment.
  • Ensure planners define a safe and efficient methodology for all maintenance tasks using PDCA to continually improve the maintenance cycle.
  • Provide KPI reports and performance metrics for delivery and system/process health across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP).
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Project management qualification.
  • Extensive experience as a technical planner, including leading a small team in a technical environment.
  • Experience in developing complex plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate requirements to all levels of the organisation and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with engineering and maintenance standards/specification and requirements in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to plan technical activities, allocate resources, and allocate budget to plans.
