Role Overview

The Client Service Adviser role is a key position within Skipton Business Finance, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Client Service Adviser, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing timely and accurate support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately process and allocate client notifications, cash and BACS receipts, and collate necessary paperwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting the Skipton Business Finance brand and delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, achieving monthly collection targets and ensuring adherence to practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ambition to complete relevant industry qualifications, such as the UK Finance Foundation course.
