Job Title:

Procurement Manager - Quantity Surveying

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a focus on Quantity Surveying to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or an MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) and at least 5 years of experience working for a firm of PQS / construction consultants.

The successful candidate will be working on high-value projects for private sector residential clients, as well as public sector projects for the Environment Agency, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, FCDO, and Parliamentary Estates.

This role involves using NEC, JCT, and bespoke forms of D&B contracts, with opportunities to work on Employers Agent and Project Monitoring projects.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance, pension, death in service, medical insurance, 25 days' holiday, and a flexible benefits package.
