We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading provider of fresh food catering services.

About the Position

This is a 52-week contract operating 24/7, 7 days a week, with a working pattern of 5 days over 7. You will be responsible for producing high-quality food for a well-appointed rehabilitation centre in Llandudno, Wales, catering for an average of 90 customers daily.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, using fresh ingredients and following company brand guidelines.
  2. To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  3. To work effectively as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Essential Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level. You must have a good understanding of food cost control, waste reduction, and allergen management, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Competitive Package
