Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and contributing to the success of our healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance care delivery
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing clinical skills to guide and support team members
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and residents
  • Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in delivering nursing care in a clinical environment
