">About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales within the industrial natural refrigeration segment, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategies to secure our position as a leader in CO2 cooling and heating in the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical project sales to industrial companies;
- Specification and overall design of facilities in close collaboration with the customer;
- Initial contact with subcontractors;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related industry requiring technical project sales to industrial companies;
- Experience in sales project management;
- Knowledge of the refrigeration industry, with experience in CO2 refrigerant cooling being a plus;
- Proficiency in customer relationship management platforms like Salesforce;
- Knowledge of digital tools suitable for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint;
- A UK driving license;
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
