Stock Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Stock Analyst to join our team at Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to internal departments regarding stock levels, availability, and related issues.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure timely reconciliations between our Sage system and third-party warehouse management systems.
  • Facilitate effective communication with suppliers and warehouses to resolve stock discrepancies and other challenges.
  • Assist in collecting data for product recalls or potential quality issues.
  • Execute stock adjustments and manage stock disposal as needed.

Requirements:

  • Background in supply chain or stock management is an advantage.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to use Sage software (full training provided).
  • Excellent communication skills.
