Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Out of Hours General Practitioner to join our team at Think Workforce. As an Out of Hours GP, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face care to patients who require urgent medical attention outside of regular primary care hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with patients to assess their medical needs and provide urgent care.
- Provide medical advice and assessments to patients who require urgent attention.
- Diagnose and manage acute health conditions, including prescribing treatments and medications as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure high-quality patient care during out-of-hours service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- MRCGP or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in urgent care or emergency settings, preferably in a similar role.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
