Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:**

GHA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing ventilation and air-conditioning systems and equipment, as well as undertaking PPM, servicing and repair works across various contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair ventilation and air-conditioning systems and equipment
  • Undertake PPM, servicing and repair works across various contracts
  • Attend callouts during normal working hours and be part of the out-of-hours emergency callout rota
  • Troubleshoot issues with a system as they are identified
  • Conduct performance tests with specialist tools and make adjustments as necessary
  • Wear relevant company issued PPE and clothing
  • Submit clear and concise service reports and timesheets

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HVAC plant
  • Knowledge and experience of boilers, controls, heating and cooling systems, and ventilation
  • Knowledge of Legionella and overall health and safety
  • City & Guilds in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Time served mechanical / maintenance engineer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable, 41.25 hour week
  • Salary up to £42k Depending on Experience
  • 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays)
  • Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution, 5% employee)
  • Overtime available but not guaranteed
  • Tablet and phone, Company uniform
  • Company works vehicle
