Bela Recruitment is seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and orders from suppliers to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue purchase orders for products and materials
- Maintain procurement database and support Buyers with administrative duties
- Build relationships with internal and external suppliers and customer service team to understand business requirements
- Spot potential issues with orders around lead time/delivery and notify colleagues
- Gather information from database to share with colleagues on stock levels
- Ideal previous purchasing, buying, or supply chain experience
- Experience raising purchasing orders, invoice resolution, and getting quotes for orders
- Good experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and good basic maths skills
- Great communication skills and professional attitude
- Salary between £23,000 - £28,000
