The Role

We are seeking a Mechanical and CNC Maintenance Supervisor to support our site maintenance teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and delivering plant outages and projects across various sites in Scotland and occasionally in England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling of work packages to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting in management plans to forecast scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across all sites.
  • Supporting Site Engineering managers in the day-to-day delivery of outage periods.
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis reviews of mechanical maintenance procedures.

About You

We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge of mechanical maintenance and engineering within heavy engineering. A strong understanding of root cause analysis is also essential. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of HNC in Engineering and a valid UK driving license.

What We Offer

  • An annual salary of up to £70,000 plus car allowance of £6,500.
  • A bonus scheme offering up to 10% of the annual salary.
  • A Monday-to-Friday working schedule with 37 hours per week.
  • A contributory pension scheme matching 7% of the annual salary.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • A sick pay scheme providing comprehensive support.
