About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Wrightington Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an Orthopaedic Fellow. The successful candidate will work with Professor Tim Board and Mr Anil Gambhir, both of whom are renowned experts in their field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of patients undergoing hip and knee arthroplasty surgery
- Participate in the development and implementation of new surgical techniques
- Contribute to the teaching and training of junior medical staff
- Engage in research and audit activities to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Full/limited registration with GMC
- Higher Specialist Training in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Experience in lower limb arthroplasty surgery
