Responsibilities
  • Booking Outpatient Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling outpatient appointments for patients, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.
  • Patient Support: You will welcome patients, address their queries, and provide assistance throughout their stay, adopting a courteous manner at all times.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record ward attender or outpatient activity on the PAS system, maintaining up-to-date records for efficient data analysis.
