**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell products and services to new customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Customer quotations, price negotiations, and understanding customer needs
- Perform targeted outbound campaigns to promote the business
- Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
- Respond to and follow up sales enquires
- Update and maintenance of CRM with customer contact details
- Support customers visiting Dams Showroom
- Keeping up to date with products and catalogue updates
**Benefits Package**
Our competitive salary is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits including:

**Requirements**
- Sales knowledge with demonstrable success in similar role (essential)
- Experience in furniture sales (an advantage)
- Commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
