Project Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are within agreed budget and timescales, while maintaining high quality standards.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Liverpool L10, offering a competitive salary of £72,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to ensure project success.
- Managing project costs, including procurement, invoicing, and payment.
- Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on groundworks and civil engineering projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Projects and Blue Beam software.
