The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience working on their own caseload, with a strong background in residential conveyancing. The role will involve working on a varied caseload, including sales and purchase, new build, and lease extensions.
Our client offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. The firm is committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities, and has a robust compliance and risk management program in place.
The successful candidate will be given a small caseload of around 20+ files, with additional files under the Managing Director's desk. The role is ideal for individuals looking for a long-term home with a supportive firm.
