Clinical Specialist

Donard Recruitment is seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP)
- Ensure a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user
- Manage caseloads from end to end, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR)
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
- 1+ years post-qualification experience
- Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500
- 5% retention bonus
- Rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
- OTE: £45,650
- Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available
- Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week)
