TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation on a new project in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. They are seeking skilled Multi traders to join their expanding team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
Main Responsibilities- Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting.
- Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
- Carry out responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality work standards are consistently met.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications and Skills- NVQ trade qualifications.
- Multi trade experience.
- Full current driving licence.
- A DBS check is required before commencement of the role.
