Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Naomi House & Jacksplace, a leading UK charity providing palliative and end-of-life care for children and young adults with life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide autonomous nursing care to children and young adults with complex health needs, working in conjunction with other professionals to make decisions and apply appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of care, ensuring safe clinical decision-making and high levels of critical thinking.
  • Act as a senior clinical leader and expert within the organization, contributing to service improvements and supporting the leadership team in meeting the needs of service users.
  • Collaborate with other care teams and professionals in hospital settings and the community to provide holistic care.
Requirements
  • Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience working with children and young adults.
  • Sound clinical expertise and knowledge in palliative care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others.
  • Drive and determination to contribute to service improvements and growth.
