We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Life Safety Officer to join our team at Nuffield Health Cambridge FWC. As a Pool Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety checks and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Develop and maintain ongoing training records and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Provide support to members and visitors, helping them to feel valued and supported.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25 and a range of benefits, including access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership. As a Bank Lifeguard, you will have the flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, choosing your own hours to suit your availability.
