At Banham Security, we are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our dynamic technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technologies critical to our Finance and Operations departments.

About the Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of essential third-party applications, including IFS Field Service, Sage X3 ERP, and associated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze complex business needs in partnership with Technology and senior Finance/Operations stakeholders.
  • Design strategic technology solutions to meet evolving business demands.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications for FSM, PSO, and ERP enhancements.
  • Configure and customize IFS Field Service, Sage X3 ERP, and associated platforms.
  • Implement and manage integrations with CRM, eCommerce, HRIS, and Supply Chain Management systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and system stability through comprehensive testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technology development/engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and database management.
  • Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, XML, JSON, and scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
