Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder at NEOM Wellbeing. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
- Drive sales and company objectives through effective merchandising and visual displays
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including cash handling and banking procedures
- Assist the team and store management with daily tasks, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Support with offsite stockroom tasks, including unloading deliveries and sending stock to store
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and inclusive store environment
Requirements
We are looking for a team player who is passionate about wellbeing and customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
