K3 Advantage Ltd is a dynamic and innovative company, launching a new line of business focusing on due diligence and data analytics. This strategic initiative aims to leverage existing relationships across the K3 Capital Group, with full support from our owners, Sun Capital, a US private equity firm.
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of this new line of business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engagements from start to finish, developing detailed reports, and presenting insightful analysis to clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its clients
* Lead engagements from start to finish, working closely with directors and liaising with clients and targets as necessary
* Create high-quality reports highlighting key risks and opportunities in transactions
* Analyze and present compelling insights into a business's financial performance
* Work with large data sets to provide actionable outputs
* Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Three years' experience in a transaction services role (or equivalent)
* Excellent report writing skills, typically within PowerPoint
* Fluency in Excel
* Chartered accountancy qualification or equivalent (ICAEW/ACCA qualified)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in teams and manage time-sensitive projects
* Commercial mindset and strong presentation skills
