About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility
- Coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with team lead/supervising experience
- Level 3 qualification in a multi-skilled discipline (mechanical or electrical)
- Experience with 3-phase motors, contactors, sensors, and relays
- Knowledge of robotics, die-casting, CNC machines, and automotive experience is advantageous
