Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a nurse-led service to prevent hospital admissions and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, and respond to emergency situations.
- Assess patients, conduct reception screening, and provide nurse-led clinics to our patient group.
- Bespoke induction and training, including our Introducing Health in Justice course.
- Competency framework and regional/national career development opportunities.
- Our bespoke Learning Management System to support your learning needs.
- Support from the wider team and a collaborative work environment.
- Registered Adult Nurse with the NMC.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
