Cocktail Server

We are seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Aylesbury Bar Company Ltd.

About the Job:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and other beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes.
2. Source and procure high-quality ingredients and spirits.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bartending or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
