Special Educational Needs Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Tutor to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in maths, English, and science subjects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering individualised educational programs to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Tailored Support: Provide one-on-one educational support to students with SEN, focusing on maths, English, and science subjects.
  • Develop Individualised Plans: Create and implement tailored learning plans to cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Knowledge of the UK education system and familiarity with assistive technology.

The estimated salary for this role is £24-£30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Teaching Personnel is committed to providing high-quality educational services and ensuring the well-being of all students.
