Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to match our team with projects that support their growth and client success
  • Advise clients on NEC4 expertise and foster collaboration, effective teamwork, and smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with our People and Performance team and Directors to design training programmes that foster rapid professional development
  • Lead high-performing, independent teams ready for industry challenges

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record in people management and development
  • Inspiring, inclusive approach to team management and leadership with a commitment to high professional standards
  • Supplementary qualifications or accreditations in contract law and/or professional practice preferred
