Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with residents to identify and achieve their goals, promoting choice and control over their lives.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, and participate in activities that promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Desirable: A driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of £11.00 per hour, with a 10% weekend enhancement.
  • Overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
  • A £25 emergency payment.
