We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor Assistant to join our commercial team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Quantity Surveyors in the preparation and submission of monthly cost reports, procurement strategy updates, and internal/external progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly cost reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies, including tender stage and delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to agree external valuations and maintain a positive project cash flow.
  • Produce and agree main and subcontract final accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
