About This Role
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Direct Healthcare Team as a Direct Healthcare Team Member. As a key member of our Private Medical Insurance Customer Retention and Service Team, you'll provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, take on new challenges, and achieve accreditation that allows you to make recommendations to customers. You'll work closely with our team to identify customer needs and ensure their concerns are addressed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service via various channels.
- Collaborate with the team to identify customer needs.
- Develop skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
- Tackle new challenges and responsibilities.
What You'll Receive
- Salary – £25,500 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary, actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's.
