As a key member of the Parker Stewart team, you will lead a newly created UK Shared Services payroll team of 2, servicing 3 UK businesses for approximately 1000 people, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to expand their expertise by managing a small payroll team with a focus on delivering an outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company policies and employee benefits in accordance with Parker Stewart's guidelines.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with continuous improvement, development, and coordination of processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the payroll and benefits systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with statutory and payroll changes.
  • Manage pension administration, auto enrolment, and interface with pension providers.

Requirements:

  • Certified Payroll Professional qualification – CIPP or equivalent (preferred).
  • ADP IHCM software or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to calculate manual pay slips (essential).
  • Knowledge of stock option and restricted stock unit schemes (preferred).
