Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support services. As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll work on a flexible basis to cover shifts at our care homes, supporting residents with their daily living needs and providing companionship and emotional support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a residential or domiciliary setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
