Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes, including tender evaluation and contract negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit interim valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure projects remain on budget.
  • Administer contracts and manage variations, ensuring financial justification and documentation.
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and control costs, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Identify potential financial risks and provide advice on mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Health, Rail, or Education sectors.
