We are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the Operations Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SHEQ within the business, including safety, health, environmental, and quality.
Key responsibilities will include leading the company's Quality Management System (QMS), implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditation, and aligning H&S requirements to ISO 45001. You will also be responsible for carrying out regular site inspections, leading in-house training on health and safety issues, and ensuring compliance with insurance policy requirements.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited qualification in Health and Safety, experience related to a manufacturing facility, and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining an EMS in ISO 14001. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, discipline to stick to procedures, and the ability to manage staff effectively.
Requirements include a Bachelors degree or equivalent, experience in an ISO QMS, and knowledge and proven track record of implementing and maintaining an EMS in ISO 14001. Salary: £45,000 per year
