We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Commercial Project Manager. This role involves overseeing the commercial aspects of projects, from pre-contract negotiations to post-contract completion. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and experience in managing budgets, contracts, and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximise profit and minimise risk.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Providing expert advice on commercial matters, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Benefits Package
£75,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, car allowance, and bonus opportunities.
