About the Role

We are seeking a Healthcare Support Assistant to join our team at the Carleton Clinic. As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and supporting patients' daily needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the care environment.
  • Support the nursing team with administrative tasks and patient care documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months UK, HCA - Health care assistant experience in the past 3 years [Preferably in the NHS]
  • Full in-date DBS
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Training and immunisations
